Notable matters include advising Enbridge Inc. on the CA$4 billion Sunrise Expansion Program natural gas pipeline expansion, acting as co‑counsel in contentious disputes before the Canada Energy Regulator concerning economic regulation and transportation tariff matters, and advising on regulatory considerations concerning carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS) in Western Canada.
