Jonathan Mor

Jonathan Mor is a Partner in Dentons' Employment and Labour group, specialising in Immigration Law. He focuses on cross‑border business immigration law, practising both Canadian and US law, and has successfully handled complex immigration matters for corporate clients of every size, from multinational companies to partnerships, sole proprietors and professionals.

Jonathan is skilled at navigating a broad range of immigration applications and petitions before government entities including Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), the Canada Border Services Agency, Service Canada, US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and US Customs and Border Protection. His experience includes intra‑company transferee work permits, professional work permits under international trade agreements, LMIA applications, business visitor applications, and applications for permanent residence in Canada, as well as L‑1, USMCA (TN), H‑1B, O‑1 and I‑140 petitions in the United States.

Jonathan holds a J.D. from Western New England University School of Law and a B.A. in Criminology from the University of Western Ontario. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the New York Bar, the Canadian Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
