She has extensive experience advising on the production, financing and distribution of domestic and international film and television productions, including advising three Canadian banking institutions on interim financing of film and television productions, advising major Hollywood studios on Canadian and provincial production services tax credits, and advising on marketing cost transactions involving over CA$200 million. She also advises on production services agreements, international co-productions and production financing structures.
