Mélanie Power

Mélanie Power is a Partner in Dentons' Litigation and Dispute Resolution group in the Vancouver office, focusing on regulatory law, administrative law and public law.

She advises private sector, public sector and government clients on a broad range of litigation and regulatory matters, assisting clients with matters before regulatory boards and before the courts seeking judicial review of decisions made by regulatory bodies and administrative decision-makers. She has prior experience at both a boutique firm and in the Vancouver office of a regional law firm.

Mélanie holds a J.D. from the University of Ottawa (2014) and a B.A. from the University of Alberta (2010).

She is recognized by The Legal 500 Canada for Dispute Resolution and serves as a Director of the West Coast Legal Education and Action Fund (LEAF).
