Victor Qian

Victor Qian is a Senior Associate in Dentons' Tax and Corporate groups in Montréal, focusing on tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring and reorganizations, and domestic and cross-border financing. He also represents clients in tax litigation and tax controversy matters, from the audit and objection stages to appeals before the courts.

He has advised clients on a range of corporate and tax matters, including the sale of shares of a client to Walter Capital Partners.

Victor holds a J.D. and an LL.L. with distinction from the University of Ottawa (2018, 2017), and an LL.M. in Taxation from HEC Montréal (2022), where he was awarded a citation of excellence. He was called to the Bar of Québec in 2019.
