Arielle Fewer

Arielle Fewer is a Senior Associate in the Corporate group in Dentons' Calgary office. Her practice focuses on Capital Markets Law, with a focus on equity and debt financings, public and private securities offers, and domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

Arielle advises clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. She regularly works with issuers, underwriters and investors to structure transactions and navigate complex securities and corporate governance issues.

In addition to her transactional practice, Arielle is actively involved in business development initiatives, including attending industry conferences and fostering cross-border networks. She also contributes to the firm's culture by mentoring junior lawyers and leveraging her experience in large team environments.

She holds an LLB (with distinction) from the University of Aberdeen and a BA (Hons) from Queen's University. She is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Calgary Bar Association, and serves as a Board Member of the Toby Creek Nordic Ski Club. She is recognised by The Best Lawyers in Canada: Ones to Watch for Securities Law, 2025-2026.
