Brenden Roberts

Brenden Roberts is an Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group in Dentons' Calgary office, focusing on a broad range of corporate, commercial and general civil litigation matters.

His practice spans disputes involving intellectual property, artificial intelligence, real estate, builders' liens, oil and gas, shareholder disputes, and bankruptcy and insolvency, as well as video games and esports. He has assisted with matters before the Alberta Securities Commission, the Court of Justice of Alberta, the Court of King's Bench of Alberta, and the Court of Appeal of Alberta.

Brenden holds a J.D. from the University of Manitoba, Robson Hall (2022) and a B.A. with distinction in Criminology and Psychology from the University of Manitoba (2018).
