Eric Lung

Eric Lung is a Partner and the department lead of the Corporate group in Dentons' Vancouver office, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions. He also serves as the Securities and Corporate Finance lead in Vancouver. His practice focuses on corporate, securities and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, corporate reorganizations, acquisitions and divestitures, arrangements, public offerings, private placements and joint ventures for public and private companies.

Eric has advised on a wide range of transactions across industries including mining, cannabis, manufacturing, health care and consumer products. Notable experience includes advising DMG Blockchain Solutions Inc. on an underwritten overnight marketed offering, advising Beedie Investments Ltd. on its acquisition of Think Research Corporation, advising TerraZero Technologies Inc. on its sale to BIGG Digital Assets Inc. valued at approximately CA$20 million, and advising Herschend Family Entertainment Corporation on its acquisition of the Vancouver Aquarium. He also advises on securities law, corporate governance and strategic matters.

Eric holds a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School (2012) and a B.Comm from the University of British Columbia (2005). He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association, and serves as Member at Large of the Securities Law Section of the CBA British Columbia.
