Nadine Potter

Nadine Potter is an Immigration Paralegal at Dentons in Vancouver. She has worked in the area of immigration law and professional mobility since 2003, facilitating the immigration of business executives and individuals to Canada. She has extensive experience in document management involving complex and challenging immigration matters, and assists clients with administrative formalities with various government agencies involved in business immigration matters.

She prepares temporary residence, permanent residence, citizenship, and permanent resident card applications for submission to Citizenship and Immigration Canada, the Canada Border Services Agency, Service Canada, and Canadian visa offices abroad. She works with corporate clients and their human resources teams to find the right immigration solutions for their employees, and liaises with Service Canada and Canadian immigration offices to ensure smooth processing of applications.

Prior to specializing in immigration law, she worked as a securities paralegal from 1996 to 2012, assisting with securities-related transactions including prospectus offerings, private placements, and continuous disclosure requirements.

She holds a Paralegal Studies diploma from MacEwan University (1996) and has been a Voting Member of the BC Paralegal Association since 2003.
