Peter Bryan

Peter Bryan is a Partner in Dentons' Energy group in Calgary, focusing on complex commercial, transactional and M&A matters across the energy sector, with particular depth in energy infrastructure, oil and gas, and midstream projects.

He advises on the formation, financing, acquisition and divestiture of corporations, partnerships and joint ventures, representing energy infrastructure companies, offshore oil producers, midstream operators, governments, foreign investors, private equity sponsors, and boards of directors. His experience includes advising on asset and share transactions, corporate governance, competition issues, and the development, approval and operation of major infrastructure projects.

Peter holds an LL.B from the University of Alberta (1997), an MBA from the Schulich School of Business (2002), and a B.A. from McGill University (1992).
