Romain Droitcourt

Romain Droitcourt is a Partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group, based in the Montréal office, practicing in Administrative Law. He specializes in municipal law, land use planning, expropriation, and regulatory matters, including transportation, advising real estate developers, industrial operators, and commercial entities on complex legal issues.

His litigation practice covers civil, commercial, and administrative matters, with a particular focus on arbitration, representing clients before all levels of Québec courts, including trial and appellate courts, as well as administrative tribunals. He also provides ongoing counsel on administrative, environmental, and municipal law matters, helping clients address regulatory challenges and urban planning issues to ensure compliance with applicable legal frameworks.

He holds an LLB from the University of Montréal (2014), a DESS in Management from HEC Montréal (2012), a Master II in Anglo-American Business, a Master in International Law, and a Bachelor of Laws (Public Law) from Université Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne (2007-2009).
