Sandra Marshall

Sandra Marshall is the Corporate Services Supervisor and a senior paraprofessional in the Corporate/Commercial department at Dentons in Vancouver. She provides support, mentors, and leads her team in all aspects of corporate transactions and works with the corporate group lead to develop and implement policies and procedures in the corporate services department.

With over 30 years of experience in law firms, she prepares documents for all levels of corporate and tax-driven transactions. Prior to joining Dentons, she served as a corporate services manager and senior paraprofessional at both a large regional law firm and a national law firm.

She holds a Paralegal diploma from Capilano University (2002). She is a member of the British Columbia Legal Management Association, the International Practice Management Association, and the Vancouver Corporate Supervisors Group.
