Elaine K. McCarthy

Elaine K. McCarthy is a Paralegal in the Corporate Commercial group at Dentons in Vancouver. She has experience with a wide range of corporate transactions, including incorporations, share transactions, amalgamations, continuations, dissolutions, name changes, extra-provincial registrations, and annual maintenance.

Prior to joining Dentons, she qualified as a solicitor in Ireland in 2008. She moved to Vancouver in September 2010, working as a litigation paralegal specializing in the production of lists of documents at a large law firm in downtown Vancouver.

She holds a BA from Trinity College Dublin (2001) and qualified as a solicitor through the Law Society of Ireland (2008). She is a member of the Law Society of Ireland, the Law Society of England and Wales, and The Chartered Governance Institute.
