Sélina Audino

Sélina Audino is an Associate in the Corporate, Securities and Corporate Finance, and Mergers and Acquisitions groups in Dentons’ Toronto office, focusing on Capital Markets Law. Her practice also covers securities regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and corporate governance.

She joined Dentons as a summer student in 2022 and articled with the Firm in 2024, and was called to the bar in 2025.

Her representative experience includes advising Energy Fuels Inc. on its US$1.9 billion acquisition of VAC, advising Capital Power Corporation on multiple note offerings and a bought deal public offering of common shares, and advising RBC Capital Markets and Scotiabank as joint lead agents on a CA$336 million bond offering that formed part of the financing for the acquisition of a 12.5% equity interest in Enbridge Inc.’s Westcoast natural gas pipeline system. That matter was awarded Canadian Law Awards Capital Markets Deal of the Year 2026.

Sélina holds a Juris Doctor from the Lincoln Alexander School of Law at Toronto Metropolitan University (2024) and a Bachelor of Science (with distinction) from the University of Manitoba (2021). She is a member of the Calgary Bar Association and the Association of Women Lawyers.
