Bin Zeng

Bin Zeng is a Partner in the Banking and Finance group of Dentons Canada LLP's Montreal office, focusing on Canadian and cross-border financing transactions.

He represents clients in commercial credit transactions, syndicated loans, real estate lending, asset-based lending, project financing, receivables financing, and aircraft financing. Notable matters include advising Investissement Québec on the CA$2.54 billion financing of Telesat LEO, representing Bank of Montreal as lender on CA$140 million senior secured credit facilities to a leading Canadian logistics enterprise, and advising Roynat Capital Inc. as administrative agent on a syndicated cross-border financing for a global LED lighting leader. He also advises foreign enterprises on establishing and expanding their businesses in Québec and Canada while complying with regulatory requirements.

Bin holds an LL.B from the University of Montréal (2013), a Master's Degree in International Commercial Law from the University of Montréal (2009), and an LL.B in Civil Commercial and Economical Law from the China University of Political Science and Law (2008). He also holds the Chinese legal professional certificate.
