Terrence (Terry) Didus

Terrence (Terry) Didus is a Counsel in Dentons' Banking and Finance group in Montréal, practicing corporate and commercial law, with a focus on financial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and business law.

He advises private equity firms and investment funds on opportunities in Canada, and has a strong regulatory practice advising domestic and foreign financial institutions on doing business in Canada.

Terry holds a BCL (1978) and an LL.B (1979) from McGill University, and a B.A. from McGill University (1974). He serves on the boards of both publicly and privately listed companies, as well as numerous charitable organizations.

He has served on the Board of Directors of St. Mary's Hospital Foundation since 1985 and on the Board of Governors of St. Mary's Hospital Center since 2000. He is a member of the Barreau du Québec, the Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of Upper Canada, and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA).
