Daniela Desimini

Daniela Desimini is a Paralegal in the Financial Services department at Dentons in Montréal, where she has been a valued member of the team since January 2001. She has extensive experience in corporate financing as well as corporate matters such as annual upkeep.

Her expertise includes filings at the Quebec Register of Personal and Movable Real Rights and with the Bank Act Register, as well as research and preparation of summaries in the Register of Personal and Movable Real Rights, the Bank Act Register, the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy for all districts and divisions of Canada, the Quebec Enterprise Register, and the Corporations Canada Register.

She holds a Paralegal Technology Diploma from O'Sullivan College (2001) and has been a member of the Canadian Association of Paralegals since 2001.
