Blair McCreadie

Blair McCreadie is the Office Managing Partner of Dentons Canada's Toronto office and a member of the National Management Committee, practicing in the firm's Employment and Labour group. He provides tailored, practical, and strategic advice to meet clients' corporate human resources needs, including employment and human rights advice and management-side labour relations.

He has represented employers in proceedings before the Ontario Labour Relations Board, Workplace Safety and Insurance Board appeals, grievance arbitrations, collective bargaining negotiations, employment standards and human rights complaints, wrongful dismissal actions, and unjust dismissal complaints under the Canada Labour Code. He brings a talent-focused perspective to attracting and retaining exceptional lawyers who help clients grow, protect, operate and finance their businesses across industries including banking, insurance, technology, real estate, and renewable energy.

Blair holds an LLB from Queen's University (1999) and a B.A. (Honours) in Economics and Political Science from the University of Toronto (1997), awarded with Distinction.

He was recognized as a winner of the Lexpert Rising Stars: Leading Lawyers Under 40 in 2014 and has been consistently recognized in The Best Lawyers in Canada in Labour and Employment Law and the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory in Employment Law.
