He regularly advises on joint ventures, tendering and RFP processes, EPC and EPC management contracts, subcontract and supply agreements, service agreements, equipment leases and performance security. Notable matters include advising on major transit projects including light rail transit extensions totaling $4.66 billion, hospital redevelopments, courthouse facilities, wastewater treatment facilities, and energy projects including district energy systems, battery storage facilities, cogeneration plants and wind farm developments. His practice also includes mergers, acquisitions and divestitures involving energy-related assets, both within Canada and offshore on Canada's east coast.
