Lampros Stougiannos

Lampros Stougiannos is a Partner at Dentons, practicing in the Infrastructure Law group. He advises governments, sponsors, developers, and contractors on major projects across transportation and transit, municipal, social and healthcare facilities, power projects, and industrial and housing developments, with a focus on public‑private partnerships.

Lampros has advised on numerous significant infrastructure projects across Canada and internationally. Notable matters include advising the Montréal Port Authority on securing CA$1.16 billion in financing from the Canada Infrastructure Bank for the Contrecœur container terminal expansion; advising the Government of Canada on the Alexandra Bridge Replacement Project and the Alto High Speed Rail Project; advising on the Regional Express Rail (RER) On‑Corridor Expansion and the Ontario Line Subway; advising the successful proponent on the Alberta P3 School Bundle #5 for six new public schools; advising on a small modular nuclear reactor installation in Ontario; and advising on wind farm, BESS, and hydroelectric projects across multiple provinces. He also has experience with international PPPs, including healthcare infrastructure in Lesotho and Grenada, and the Cap Haitien Port rehabilitation in Haiti.

Lampros holds an LL.B and an LL.M from the University of Montréal (2005, 2011). He is admitted to practice in Québec (2008), New Brunswick (2019), and Ontario (2020), and provides advice in both English and French.
