Gabriel Sittler

Gabriel Sittler is an Associate in the Banking and Finance group in Dentons' Calgary office, advising lenders and borrowers in a broad range of banking, commercial and corporate lending, and real estate finance transactions.

His practice focuses on syndicated lending, corporate lending, commercial lending, and project finance, with experience handling domestic, cross-border and international debt financings. He has advised agents and lenders on numerous syndicated credit facilities across various industries, including agriculture, aviation, energy services, energy production, food, heavy equipment manufacturing, linen services, mortgage investment corporations, and professional dental corporations, with certain financings in excess of $750 million.

Gabriel holds a J.D. from the University of Saskatchewan (2021), along with a Certificate in Ethics, Justice and Law and a B.A. from the University of Saskatchewan (2018).

He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of Alberta, and the Calgary Bar Association.
