Haya Masri

Haya Masri is an Associate in Dentons' Corporate group, based in the Edmonton office, practicing in Corporate Law. Her practice includes advising on general corporate commercial matters including corporate organization and governance, acquisitions and dispositions of businesses, as well as commercial real estate law, including purchase and sale transactions, leasing, and financing.

Ms. Masri joined Dentons as a summer student in 2021, returned as an articling student in 2023, and holds a J.D. from the University of Alberta (2023), as well as a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction and a Certificate in Real Estate from the University of Alberta (2019). While in law school, she was actively involved in the Law and Business Association and competed in National Moot competitions.

She is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Canadian Bar Association.
