Kathryn McCulloch

Kathryn McCulloch is a Partner in Dentons' Dispute Resolution group, specialising in Dispute Resolution. Her key areas of practice include aviation and drone regulation, wills, trusts and estates, and corporate/commercial disputes, including shareholder oppression actions and commercial leasing.

Kathryn advises clients across the drone industry, including operators, production companies, and start-ups, on the Canadian regulatory landscape for remotely piloted aircraft systems. She is a licensed fixed-wing aircraft pilot and holds an RPAS Certificate for Basic Operations, which informs her strategic advice in this emerging area. Her traditional aviation practice focuses on liability of commercial airlines, airports and air operators. In her wills, trusts and estates practice, she handles contentious disputes over powers of attorney, will challenges, trust variation and rectification, and breaches of trust, as well as probate applications.

Kathryn holds a J.D. from the University of Windsor (2011) and a B.A. (with Distinction) in Philosophy from the University of Alberta (2008).
