Robert Kligman

Robert Kligman is Counsel in the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution group at Dentons, based in the Toronto office, practicing in Dispute Resolution. His practice covers matters in litigation ranging from torts, insurance issues, and commercial matters to human rights, environment, and constitutional law. He also provides strategic advice to firm members and in-house legal departments on discrete legal issues.

Mr. Kligman is the author of "Bias" and co-author of "Environmental Harm - Civil Actions and Compensation" and has written numerous articles. His article on Judicial Immunity was included in the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime online resource database. He holds a Master of Laws in Alternative Dispute Resolution.

He holds an LLM from Osgoode Hall Law School (1997), an LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School (1978), and a BA from the University of Toronto (1974). He holds a Martindale Hubbell Distinguished Rating.
