Chloe A. Snider

Chloe A. Snider is a Partner in Dentons' Litigation and Dispute Resolution group in Toronto, focusing on complex commercial litigation and arbitration. She advises local, national and global clients on risk management in corporate transactions and commercial relationships, and frequently works with the firm's Venture Technology and Emerging Growth Companies group.

She has experience in disputes involving asset and share purchase agreements, distribution and supply agreements, earnouts and post-closing purchase price adjustments, shareholder oppression claims, and trade secrets. She has obtained Mareva injunctions and Anton Piller orders to protect clients against civil fraud, dissipation of assets and misuse of confidential information. She also handles international and domestic arbitrations, as well as the recognition and enforcement of international arbitral awards and foreign judgments.

Chloe holds a J.D. from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law (2009) and a B.A., Summa Cum Laude, from Tufts University (2006).

She is recognised by The Legal 500 Canada for Dispute Resolution and Insurance, by The Best Lawyers in Canada for Corporate and Commercial Litigation, and by Benchmark Litigation as a Future Star.
