Neil S. Rabinovitch

Neil S. Rabinovitch is a Partner and co-leader of the national Class Action group at Dentons Canada, specialising in Dispute Resolution. His practice focuses on commercial litigation and insolvency with an emphasis on class action defence, product liability defence, cross-border restructurings, shareholder disputes, franchising, banking and real estate.

Neil acts for a diverse range of clients including large multinational corporations, groups of bondholders, financial services companies, developers and construction companies, and serves as lead litigation counsel to a multinational architectural and engineering firm. He has successfully defended class actions across Canada, including representing a leading developer of augmented reality mobile games in proposed class proceedings, a global consumer product appliance manufacturer in product defect claims, and eight of the largest Canadian airport authorities in proceedings related to airport improvement fees. He has also acted in major cross-border insolvencies and restructuring matters, including representing bondholders in CCAA and Chapter 11 proceedings.

Neil holds an LL.B./B.C.L. from McGill University (1990).
