Stefan Rus

Stefan Rus is an Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group at Dentons, based in the Toronto office. His litigation practice spans a broad range of files, with a focus on commercial and civil disputes.

Mr. Rus joined Dentons as an articling student in 2023-2024. Prior to that, he summered at an insurance defense litigation boutique in Toronto. During law school, he was involved with the Student Law Society and volunteered as a researcher at Pro Bono Students Canada. He has directed the undergraduate moot court program and coached the university's team for two years.

Stefan holds a J.D. from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law (2023) and a B.A. in Economics and International Relations from the University of Toronto (2019). He has co-authored insights on topics including supply chain legislation, securities regulation, and constitutional law.
