Medina Young

Medina Young is a Senior Law Clerk in Dentons' Litigation and Dispute Resolution group. She brings more than 28 years of experience in litigation, mortgage enforcement, family law, criminal law, bankruptcy, commercial law, and banking transactions.

Medina works closely with litigation lawyers on complex files, assisting clients through the entire mortgage enforcement process—from demand letters to resolution, whether the loan is brought into good standing, discharged, or assigned to a new lender. She also commences actions before the Superior Court of Justice and prepares documentation for the sale and registration of mortgaged property. She works with lenders, borrowers, tenants, property managers, real estate agents, process servers, and governmental agencies to reach cost‑effective and timely resolutions.

She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario and has been a volunteer with the Girl Guides of Canada for 30 years.
