Kierra Richards

Kierra Richards is a Paralegal in the Banking and Finance group at Dentons in Edmonton. With over 13 years of experience in commercial lending and family law, she specializes in secured lending transactions, document preparation and review, legal due diligence, and PPSA and Land Titles registrations.

She supports both lender and borrower clients, assisting with drafting and reviewing security documents, coordinating closings, and managing post-closing deliverables such as registration and client reporting. Her prior experience in family law provided a strong foundation in legal research and court document preparation.

She holds a Paralegal Certificate from Capilano University (2016) and a Legal Administrative Assistant Certificate from the University of the Fraser Valley (2012). Known for her attention to detail and strong organizational skills, she brings an efficient, client-focused approach to her practice.
