Nadia Sansone

Nadia Sansone is a senior Law Clerk in the Real Estate group at Dentons in Toronto. She has extensive experience and proficiency in all aspects of commercial financing transactions, with an emphasis on construction, servicing, take-out financing, and syndicated loans, representing various financial institutions, primarily tier 1 banks, in multimillion-dollar transactions.

She has assisted lenders with reviewing builders' requests for plan registration documents with respect to residential subdivisions and condominium projects. Additionally, she has acted for both vendors and purchasers in the selling and acquiring of commercial real estate, land development property, joint venture developments, apartment buildings, shopping centres, and industrial properties.

She is an Associate Member of The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario (ILCO).
