Rina Van Kooten

Rina Van Kooten is a Law Clerk in the Real Estate group at Dentons in Toronto. She has extensive experience supporting lawyers and clients in various real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, and financing of commercial properties, as well as real estate title matters.

She regularly assists with all aspects of transactions, including due diligence, conducting and reviewing title searches, preparation of documents and reports, dealing with funding, liaising with clients and governmental offices, and attending with solicitors for the successful closing of transactions.
