Raymond Ashurov

Raymond Ashurov is Counsel in the Regulatory group in Dentons’ Toronto office, focusing on Administrative Law. He advises clients in transportation and logistics, health care (including medical devices), food and other sectors on regulatory matters including product compliance, import/export, customs, safety recalls, licensing and safety, and transportation of dangerous goods.

In addition to his regulatory practice, he has represented clients before multiple levels of courts and tribunals provincially and federally, including the Competition Tribunal and the License Appeal Tribunal, in disputes involving investigations, corporate commercial disputes, class actions, professional negligence, product liability and false and deceptive advertising.

Raymond has been named in The Best Lawyers in Canada — Ones to Watch for Insurance Law (2024–2026). He holds a JD from the University of Windsor (2016), an MA in International Relations from the University of Toronto (2010), and a BA (Honours) in Political Science and History from the University of Toronto (2008).
