Sarah Fong

Sarah Fong is an Associate at Dentons, practicing in the Corporate, Real Estate, and Banking and Finance groups, specializing in Real Estate Law. She advises on corporate commercial matters, including corporate governance, acquisitions and dispositions of businesses, and commercial real estate transactions.

Sarah also assists founders of technology startup companies by preparing essential documents tailored to their business needs, and has experience with judicial reviews of municipal property tax assessment matters and litigation of general contractual claims. She has contributed to insights on CRA validation and appeal processes for COVID‑19 benefits, arbitration awards balancing employee privacy and workplace safety, and trademark confusion assessments.

She holds a J.D. from the University of Windsor (2024) and a B.Com (Co‑operative Education) from the University of Alberta (2021). She was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2025.
