Sasha Vukovic

Sasha Vukovic is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate group at Dentons' Vancouver office, advising clients on a broad range of real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, development, marketing, subdivision, leasing, and financing.

He advises developers of multi-family residential and mixed-use properties on pre-sale marketing, subdivision, and strata lot sales; landowners on land assemblies and dispositions; and clients on commercial leasing, commercial property acquisitions, and complex asset and share transactions including dispositions and cross-border acquisitions. Prior to joining Dentons, he practiced at a full-service regional law firm where he managed the real estate team. He also worked as a clinician with the UBC International Justice and Human Rights Clinic, presenting a case on land grabbing as an international crime to senior investigators and prosecutors at the International Criminal Court in The Hague.

Sasha holds a J.D. with a Business Law Concentration from the University of British Columbia (2017) and a BBA (First Class with Distinction) from Simon Fraser University (2014).

He is recognized by Chambers Canada for Real Estate in British Columbia and is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia.
