Susannah Blary

Susannah Blary is an Associate in the firm's Real Estate Law practice, based in the Vancouver office. Her practice involves a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including subdivision, land development, leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, and financing.

Ms. Blary's practice is a continuation of her prior experience as a legal assistant and paralegal at Dentons, where she assisted clients for 13 years with all aspects of land development projects, from small single-family subdivisions to large master planned mixed-use communities. Her experience included acquisitions, financing, rezoning, development agreements, subdivisions, and sales. Between her paralegal role and her current position, she gained litigation experience at a boutique firm, providing her with valuable insights to assist clients in structuring agreements and transactions to reduce the potential for future disputes.

Susannah holds a J.D. from the University of British Columbia (2022) and is a member of the Law Society of B.C. She received the Young Anderson Award in Municipal Law in 2021.
