Arnon A. Dachner

Arnon A. Dachner is a Partner in the Real Estate group, specialising in Real Estate Law. He advises clients on all aspects of real estate transactions, from acquisitions and financing, corporate structure and organisation, through development approvals and construction, to sales and leasing. He also acts for traditional and mezzanine lenders in financing transactions.

Arnon's expertise includes advising investors participating in debt or equity real estate investments and counselling private and institutional clients on real estate and corporate and commercial legal matters. He has experience in syndication, joint ventures, partnerships and unconventional investment and financing structures.

Arnon holds an LL.B. from the University of British Columbia (1996) and a degree in Urban Systems from McGill University (1992).

He is recognised by Chambers Canada, The Legal 500 Canada, and The Best Lawyers in Canada for Real Estate Law, and was named "Lawyer of the Year" by Best Lawyers for Real Estate Law in Vancouver (2023).
