Brigham H. Jagger

Brigham H. Jagger is a Partner and Leader of the Real Estate group in Dentons' Vancouver office, advising clients on all types of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, subdivisions, strata marketing and development, and leasing.

He regularly represents developers in residential, mixed-use and comprehensive projects, including complex land exchanges, rezonings and phased developments. Notable matters include advising on a phased master-planned community project valued at CA$140 million, a land exchange transaction with the federal government valued at CA$200 million, and the acquisition and financing of a multi-building apartment complex valued at CA$55 million.

Brigham holds an LL.B from the University of British Columbia (2005) and a B.Sc from McGill University (1998).

He is recognized in The Best Lawyers in Canada for Real Estate Law and in The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory for Real Estate – Property Development.
