Tanya Mougharbel

Tanya Mougharbel is an Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group at Dentons' Montréal office, specialising in Dispute Resolution. Her practice encompasses a wide range of corporate and commercial litigation matters, assisting clients facing various disputes and providing legal advice tailored to their business needs.

Tanya's dedication, attention to detail and commitment to client service have contributed to her successful transition from articling student to associate. As part of her legal training, she completed several co-op internships at the firm prior to her articling period. She joined Dentons in 2025 after her call to the Québec Bar.

Tanya holds a law degree from the Université de Sherbrooke (2024), where she participated in the cooperative education program. She is a member of the Québec Bar.
