Yaëlle Lyman

Yaëlle Lyman is a Senior Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group in Dentons' Montréal office, specialising in Dispute Resolution. Her practice focuses on municipal law, urban planning, municipal taxation and expropriation, with extensive experience in handling complex, high‑stakes litigation.

With a strong background in real estate transactions, Yaëlle navigates a variety of civil law and land use planning disputes before both administrative and civil courts. She crafts effective litigation strategies to advocate for her clients' interests and help them grow and operate their businesses effectively.

Yaëlle holds an LL.B. from the Université de Montréal (2019), and has also studied at Sciences Po Aix and the China University of Political Science and Law.
