Tim Schjerning

Tim Schjerning is an Associate in Dentons' Employment and Labour group in the Toronto office, advising both private and public sector employers on a wide range of workplace issues, from day-to-day questions to high-risk disputes.

He assists clients on wrongful dismissal claims, grievance arbitrations, human rights and accommodation issues, and broader labour relations matters. He also advises proactively on workplace policies and compliance considerations to help resolve issues before they escalate into formal disputes.

Tim holds a J.D. (2021) and a B.A. (Honours) (2018) from Queen's University.
