Vera Vynohrad

Vera Vynohrad is Counsel in Dentons' Banking and Finance group, specializing in Banking and Finance Law. She acts on behalf of both institutional and private lenders, as well as borrowers, on a variety of secured and unsecured debt financing transactions.

Vera advises on commercial loans, corporate loans, syndicated loans, acquisition finance, mezzanine loans, subordinated loans, swap transactions, receivables securitizations, asset‑based loans, and project finance. She also advises lenders on the protection and enforcement of security, and counsels creditors and debtors on insolvency and restructuring matters. Prior to joining Dentons, she gained substantial experience as in‑house counsel at a Canadian chartered bank.

She holds an LL.B from the University of Western Ontario (1985) and a B.Com from the University of Toronto (1982).
