Nicolas Spagnuolo

Nicolas Spagnuolo is an Associate at Dentons, practicing in the Banking and Finance group, specializing in Banking and Finance Law. He represents borrowers and lenders in various banking matters and general corporate and commercial transactions.

Nicolas holds a Juris Doctor from Western University (2024), an Honours Business Administration from the Ivey Business School (2021), and a Bachelor of Engineering Science in Mechanical Engineering from Western University (2021). During law school, he served as a Case Manager for the Sport Solution Clinic, advancing the interests of Canadian national team athletes. Prior to joining Dentons, he was a summer law student at the National Hockey League Players' Association, where he drafted legal briefs and prepared rebuttal exhibits for players' salary arbitration cases.
