Radha Khosla

Radha Khosla is a Partner in Dentons' Banking and Finance Law group, based in the Toronto office. She has strong and established knowledge and experience on a wide range of financing and debt transactions, with a particular emphasis on cash flow financings, trade and supply chain finance, asset-based lending and other structured finance products, loan syndications, intercreditor matters, and cross-border financings.

Ms. Khosla counsels foreign and domestic clients on financing matters and is regularly retained by financial institutions to advise on in-house, non-transactional mandates. She has an exceptional track record of delivering results in highly complex transactions with tight deadlines. She has held leadership roles as past co-lead of WomenLEAD and is a champion in Dentons' GLOW (2SLGBTQ+) affinity group.

Radha holds an LLB from the University of Ottawa (2009), a BComm (Honours Business Administration) from the University of Windsor (2006), and completed a law exchange at the National University of Singapore. She has been recognized by Chambers Global and Chambers Canada in Banking and Finance, by The Legal 500 Canada, by the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory in Banking & Financial Institutions, and by IFLR 1000 Canada. She was a finalist for the Women in Law Leadership (Ontario) Awards 2025 in the "Individual Leadership" category and was recognized as a Lexpert Rising Star (Leading Lawyer Under 40) in 2023.
