Geoffrey M. Marinangeli

Geoffrey M. Marinangeli is Counsel in the Banking and Finance group in Dentons' Toronto office, practicing in Banking and Finance Law. He advises financial institutions, private lenders, and borrowers on domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including bilateral and syndicated financing transactions, subordinated debt financing, asset-based lending, construction financing, automotive financing, real estate financing, and acquisition financing.

Prior to joining Dentons, Geoffrey was a partner at a leading Canadian law firm in their Financial Services group. He holds a J.D. from the University of Calgary (2012), an M.A. from the University of Toronto (2007), and a B.A. from the University of Toronto (2005). He has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in Canada: Ones to Watch in Banking and Finance Law (2022).
