Simone Nash

Simone Nash is a Senior Associate in the Banking and Finance group in Dentons' Toronto office, advising on a wide range of debt financings and related transactions, including asset-based lending, acquisition financings, real estate financings and syndicated financings.

She has acted for both lenders and borrowers on complex financing structures. Notable matters include advising Canada's largest rural-focused broadband provider on the refinancing of its credit facilities, involving a US$995 million term loan and a CA$160 million revolving credit facility on a first lien basis and a US$200 million term loan on a second lien basis; advising on the establishment of a CA$1.3 billion senior credit facility and a CA$250 million bridge facility in connection with a CA$950 million initial public offering; and advising on the acquisition and related financing for a leading manufacturer of access doors for the North American residential and non-residential construction market.

Simone holds a J.D. (2016) and a BMOS (2011) from Western University.
