Natalie Tomaszczyk

Natalie Tomaszczyk is an Associate in the Banking and Finance group at Dentons, specializing in Banking and Finance Law. She represents both borrowers and lenders in various banking matters and commercial transactions, as well as clients in insolvency, restructuring, and related commercial litigation.

Natalie has acted as counsel to Bank of Montreal in its capacity as administrative agent in connection with Blue Ant Media Corporation's acquisition of Thunderbird Entertainment Group Inc. for a total consideration of $89 million, and in connection with Blue Ant Media Corporation's go‑public reverse takeover transaction of Boat Rocker Media Inc., which involved the amendment and restatement of a CAD$155 million secured credit facility.

She holds a J.D. from the University of Windsor (2020).
