Zehan Jagosh

Zehan Jagosh is an Associate in the Banking and Finance group in Dentons' Toronto office. His practice focuses on Banking and Finance Law, representing borrowers and lenders in various banking matters and general corporate/commercial transactions.

Zehan has a growing practice in the technology lending space, advising on financings involving emerging and high-growth technology companies. He also has experience advising on both secured and unsecured acquisition financings, real estate financings, project finance and asset-based lending transactions, consisting of both bilateral and syndicated loan structures.

His recent experience includes advising the lender on a CA$35 million green loan financing extended to a renewable energy development and construction company, advising the lender on a CA$500 million financing comprising revolving and non-revolving credit facilities provided to a Crown corporation, and advising the Administrative Agent on a CA$210 million syndicated secured financing to a construction developer for the expansion of a Canadian university.

Prior to law school, Zehan completed a Master's degree at the University of Western Ontario, focusing on Environment and Sustainability, with research on corporate sustainability, circular economy start-ups and sustainable finance. He holds a JD from the University of Windsor, a Master of Environment and Sustainability from Western University, and a Bachelor of Arts Honours from the University of Guelph.
