Mr. Middleton has advised on numerous significant transactions, including joint book-running managers on the US$800 million offering by Ontario Teachers' Cadillac Fairview Properties Trust, on a CA$190 million syndicated construction facility, a US$3 billion revolving credit facility for a Canadian resource company, a CA$625 million revolving credit facility for a global energy supplier, a CA$200 million commercial real estate financing for CDPQ and OMERS, and has advised on over 35 separate financing transactions for Roynat Capital Inc. He has also advised on cross-border multi-currency facilities for aerospace manufacturers and asset-based lending for automotive and printing companies.
