Adam Kotlowitz

Adam Kotlowitz is a Senior Associate in the Tax and Intellectual Property and Technology practice groups at Dentons in Edmonton. His tax practice includes a variety of tax and corporate matters, including corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. His intellectual property practice encompasses a range of matters involving trademarks and copyright, including all steps in the trademark process.

He has advised the Edmonton Elks Football Club on the sale of substantially all of its assets to EE Football Club Limited Partnership, and acted for all shareholders of Okanagan Dealership Holdings Ltd. in respect of a share and real estate sale.

He holds a JD with distinction from the University of Alberta (2020) and a BA in Economics from the University of British Columbia (2017). He is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Alumni & Friends of the Faculty of Law Association, and volunteers with the Edmonton Community Legal Centre.
