Maria Klassen

Maria Klassen is a Paralegal in the Tax department at Dentons in Edmonton. She supports the firm's tax lawyers on various matters, with a focus on corporate and tax reorganizations and restructuring transactions.

She also assists with all other corporate matters that flow through the department relating to the Alberta Business Corporations Act and the Canada Business Corporations Act. Prior to joining the tax department, she was part of the corporate department and previously came from a corporate firm.

She holds Level 3 Accredited User status with the Alberta Corporate Registries.
